Every suite, charted through the night.

Pawly for boarding is being built for both sides of a stay. For your night staff: suites watched, the chart kept and a flag when a dog needs a look, coming with our camera hardware. For owners: a daily recap in your name, from drop-off to the first days home.

An owner crouches beside her golden retriever at a boarding front desk while a staff member smiles behind the counter.

How a stay goes now

A lot of a stay happens when nobody is writing it down.

ComingExample boarding facility.

ComingThe owner side for boarding is in development.

Every stay, recapped in your name.

The first night away is the long one for owners. Pawly for boarding puts the whole stay in their Pawly app, under your facility's name.

  1. Before: a settle-in plan.

A few days before drop-off, the owner gets a short plan from you to help the dog settle in. If they already use Pawly, the stay starts from the dog's real routine.

  2. During: a daily recap.

Each day, a short recap from your team's notes and photos lands in the owner's app, under your name. Owners can reply, and your team sees it on the dog's record.

  3. After: a decompress plan.

The first days home get a plan too, with check-ins: Easier, Same or Harder. If the owner agrees, you see how the dog settled back in.

[PLACEHOLDER: settle-in and decompress plans are new content; Jake to confirm they join the plan library]

ComingNeeds our camera hardware, which is still in development.

What Pawly will do for your team.

Three moments in a stay, and the work Pawly would take off your team's hands.

Overnight runs

Pawly watches each suite and charts rest, movement, eating and drinking. If a dog is up and pacing, whoever is on nights gets a flag.

MonitoringChartingAfter-hours flags

Seven dogs in a bright daycare playroom while a staff member watches by the window.

Group play

A daycare day gets charted as it goes. When a dog needs a break, or something happens, there's already a record with the time on it.

ChartingIncident notes

Two staff members shake hands in a corridor of glass-fronted suites at night, one holding a tablet.

Shift change

The morning shift reads one summary per room: open flags, meds due, who ate and who didn't. Nobody starts from a blank whiteboard.

Built for boarding.

Pawly for boarding is one of four editions, beside clinics, shelters and trainers. Inside the app, owners see your facility's own name and logo, like Cobble Creek's above. [PLACEHOLDER: co-branding options, Zane and Jake confirm]Co-branding details will be set before launch.

Pawly flags. Your team decides.

A calm second pair of eyes for the night shift. It can sit alongside a live webcam if you run one, and alongside your rounds either way.

Flags aren't diagnoses
A flag says what Pawly saw, like "up and pacing for 6 minutes". If a dog seems unwell, your vet protocol decides what happens next.
Staff decide
Every flag goes to a person on shift. They choose what to do, and the chart notes who looked and when.
Rounds still happen
Pawly helps between rounds. It doesn't replace the person walking the suites.
Where video goes
When monitoring comes, suite video is for your team. Before anyone uses it, we'll put in writing where it's processed, how long it's kept and who can see it. [PLACEHOLDER: video handling, Jake confirms]

Fair questions.

Is this a webcam for owners?

No. Owners get a short daily recap in your name, written from your team's notes and photos. Camera monitoring, when it comes, is for your team. If you already run webcams for owners, you can keep them.

Is this a separate app?

No. Owners use the Pawly app, and your facility's space inside it carries your name and logo. You don't have to build or publish an app of your own.

Does it work with our booking software?

Not yet. Pawly doesn't connect to any other system today. Tell us which one you use in the form below. That decides what we connect to first.

What hardware do we need?

For the daily recaps and plans, none: they run on your team's and your clients' phones. Night monitoring needs our own camera hardware, which is in development. [PLACEHOLDER: whether Pawly will also work with cameras you already have, Jake confirms]Whether it will also work with cameras you already have is still being decided.

What will it cost?

We haven't set pricing yet. When we do, it will be on this page.

Who owns the records?

Our intent is simple: your records are yours, and owners control what's in their own Pawly app. The exact terms will be written with counsel before anyone uses it. [PLACEHOLDER: data terms, counsel review]
